While his colleagues are busy with projects, installations, and technical solutions, Pascal ensures that the financial administration remains in order. As a financial administrator, he handles invoices, bookkeeping, and financial reports on a daily basis.
Pascal has been working at VRI Tech Group for several years and values structure and precision. In his work, he believes everything centers on one key principle:
"The most important thing is that what is in the system is accurate."
That mindset is reflected in everything he does. Whether it involves processing invoices, tracking project costs, or creating financial reports, meticulous administration is his top priority.
Pascal cannot name one specific project he is most proud of. What matters to him is that the administration is well-organized and that his colleagues can rely on the information provided.
He believes this is a team effort. Information comes in from various departments and needs to be processed. It is essential to work carefully and double-check everything. Ultimately, it is all about the numbers being correct and the administration being reliable.
Pascal describes working at VRI Tech Group as informal. Colleagues find it easy to connect with one another, and the lines of communication are short. This makes collaboration pleasant and ensures that questions are addressed quickly.
Although he does not have much direct contact with clients himself, he is always happy to assist colleagues when they need information. In his role, quick thinking and careful work go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Pascal trades numbers for music. He enjoys reading, listening to a lot of music, and has recently taken up fitness. However, he finds the most relaxation in playing the guitar. From the guitar sounds of Jimi Hendrix to the reggae of Bob Marley, his choice of music depends entirely on his mood.
